This was our first purchase of a van from Herts Motors and it could not have gone more smoothly. From our initial visit just to view the vehicles, we were warmly welcomed and allowed to wander around and look at the vehicles ourselves. When we did have a few questions Kevin was at hand to answer them and his knowledge of commercial vehicles is second to none. We decided on the vehicle that we wanted and it was ready and waiting at the time we had agreed to collect. The paperwork was done in minutes and we are over the moon with the vehicle. Many thanks guys and I\'m sure we will be seeing you again.

Following the recent purchase of a Peugeot van, I would highly recommend Herts Motors Ltd. The vehicle was clean, properly checked, warrantied and the service received was very efficient. There were a few snagging issues which delayed delivery but all of these were sorted out, without hesitation, prior to purchase and the staff concerned went beyond what was needed to ensure a smooth transaction.

Bought a van from here a few weeks ago and am well pleased not only with the van but with the customer care I received. Not only did they go out of there way to make sure the van was ready for me within two days despite the seats needing to be shampooed etc but the owner even arranged for me to get an extra key from Citroen on the original warranty. As the van came with only one key this was very handy I hadn't asked about it so for them to arrange it for me with no prompting I felt was a nice touch. Would definitely buy another van from them and would recommend them to anyone that asks me.

Vehicle was as advertised with no surprises , there was no hard sell a friendly professional service, after looking around for a considerable time for our van we came across Herts and pleased we did. I have used this company on more than one occasion to buy vans for my work, and I am delighted with the way I have been treated. The range of vans is excellent, both in quality and value for money, and even if the van requirements can't be met straight away, within a short time the staff have sourced the right van and made arrangements for it to be brought to the site. With Dan kindly collecting me from the local railway station when I went to pick up the van. They are an RAC approved dealer so you know they will go that extra mile. Great to deal with
First class to deal with. I bought the van remotely as I'm based in Scotland and they were really helpful. Did a video call tour of the van to let us see it and ask questions like a real walk round. Spot on with their description of the van's condition as arrived exactly as described with all paperwork. Good honest bunch and would definitely buy from them again in future.
